Bruce Johnson

Hello, My name is Bruce Johnson, and I used to live in Frogmore, and Attended Frogmore Infant,. Frogmore Junior and Frogmore Comprehensive School, before moving off to Pastures anew at the other
end of the county. I attended the Junior school , from 1974 to 1977. The only teacher I really remember was Mr Rolls, whom we used to see travelling to school on his Bicycle every day. I also remember the school uniform, with shorts, long socks, and the school tie, blue with one grey stripe repeated across it for the Infant school, and two stripes for the Junior School. But my overriding memories is of the kids film club that was held in the sports hall every Saturday morning, seeing all the children's film foundation films, and enjoying our sweets.

Its great seeing you have a website, and thriving into today's world,

Tracy Jeffery nee Coles (Ex-Pupil) Hello everyone at Frogmore. I seem to be the oldest ex-pupil on the website. I attended Frogmore between 1978 and 1981. Miss Lummis is the only teacher still there from my days. I was taught by Mr Gawthorpe and Mrs Kelly and Mrs Phillips was the head. We still had just as much fun at the school back then, and the teachers played quite a few April Fools jokes on us as well! It is quite weird having my own children there now, in the same classes as I was.

Rudy Dogenik (Ex-Pupil) I've just been browsing through the school's web site for a little trip down memory lane. It's brought back mixed emotions. When I started Frogmore Junior School, I couldn't speak a word of English as I had just moved to England from Brussels, Belgium. The majority of the teachers were great! I can't remember what year this was but Mr Fletcher was the Headmaster and my favourite teacher was Miss Harris. There were also quite a few bomb scares so I suppose it was the early seventies (really not sure). Anyway, it was nice to see pictures of the school as I returned to Brussels in 1977.

Alice Welby (Ex-pupil) Hey! I was a student for a very short time at your school in 2000. I Came over there from Australia and i was in Rachel Daniels year six class, I hear she's left now but I'd just like to say hi to all the teachers and Dinner ladies that were there when I was. I am now in my last year of school in Australia before I move on to university. I just wanted to say thank you for making my time at Frogmore a good experience and I hope to come back and visit you all next time I am in England.
