Please read on for more details about our individual governors.

GLF Schools:

Natalie Broad

GLF Schools Education Partner

Natalie is part of the GLF Central Team with special responsibility for curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment across  all GLF primary schools.  She is the trusts Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and the linked Education Partner for Frogmore Junior School.

Chair of Governors:

Fiona Hyam

I have been a parent governor since October 2017, having previously been the chair of the Parent and Teacher association at Frogmore Infant School for the last two years.  I am a mother of two, my daughter joined the school in 2017 and my son will start his school journey in 2019.  As a working parent, I enjoy being able to be actively involved in the improvement and development of the school, even though I am not able to be at the school gate as often as I would like. I am an analyst for Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services, who inspect the police and fire services and do similar assessments to Ofsted.  I use this experience to support the governing body in understanding the myriad of data used to assess the school and pupil progress. I am enthused at the progress the school is making and keen to help this develop further, making Frogmore Junior school the best school it can be for our children.

Vice Chair:

Angela Barker-King

I have been a member of the School Strategy Board since June 2019. This is my first school governor role and being a mother, a member of the local community and a finance professional I believe I will be able to contribute to the governance and success of Frogmore Junior School. I believe that the best education should be available to every child regardless of background or ability and I hope to be able to support Frogmore in providing an open learning environment and high quality education for it’s pupils. My daughter joined the school this year and my son will hopefully join Frogmore in a couple of years’ time and I look forward to contributing to the success of the school over the next few years

Head Teacher:

Claire-Louise West

Parent Governors:

John Hole

I started in this role as a parent governor at Frogmore Junior School in September 2021.

I'm a Chartered Engineer working in the local office of a multi-national engineering company.

I'm a parent of three children. One has just finished at the school, a second is at the school, whilst a third will likely move up to the school next year. This means that I've seen the massive improvements the school has already made and look forward to assisting in the next steps.

I am particularly interested in ensuring that the school provides the best possible education to all its students, despite the unprecedented times of late.

Staff Governors:

Emma Richardson

I am a staff governor although daughter also attends Frogmore Juniors. I believe I am a passionate and driven Head of School who loves teaching. I am part of the Senior Leadership Team and I relish this role as it allows me to share my love of English with staff and children alike.

I have been teaching for 20 years and am currently Head of School. I have taught all year groups however, I currently teach year 4. There are many aspects of teaching that excites me. I find the most rewarding aspect of the job is the rapport you build up with the children and how you see them progress and develop overtime. I thrive on the daily challenges that teaching provides and try to make learning enthralling and exciting in my classroom for all learners, no matter what their ability or background. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family.

Tracy Jeffery

I am a staff member of the School Strategy Board and have been since 2018.  I have experience of being a governor in other schools as a staff and parent governor.  I am passionate about Frogmore and love my role as a Teaching Assistant.  I have a keen interest in Pupil Premium and inclusion and ensuring that pupils receive the best care and are able to access all areas of school life.  I have four children who have all attended Frogmore and I am also a past student!

Community Governors:

Danielle Cowley

I undertook my role as a governor at Frogmore Junior School in October 2017. As a parent of two children at the school I am particularly interested in promoting the development of, education at and community impression of the school. I have previously worked as a Teaching Assistant and also volunteered as a classroom support assistant at Frogmore Infant School.

I enjoy offering my help and support on trips, with after-school activities and at organised events where possible, as I believe that a strong connection between parents and the school has a positive effect and supports the community as a whole. I am enjoying taking on the challenging role of a governor and am looking forward to aiding the school, its staff and pupil on the journey to outstanding.

Clerk to the Governing Body:
