Year 3 Stone Age Day

The children came face to face with a Stone Age man during their exciting Stone Age Day. He showed them real Bronze Age artefacts, demonstrated how people kept warm using animal furs, and even allowed them to examine skulls from the period. The children were then invited to help complete a story about a boy living in the Stone Age, acting out the events as the story unfolded. It was a fantastic interactive experience that brought their learning to life and helped them develop a deeper understanding of prehistoric times.
